Graphic Design involves the design and layout of any print or presentation material, logo design, or any kind of design or manipulation of a graphic. 3D Modeling is the actual representation of a building viewed within various modeling programs to see it as if you were physically standing there in person. Rendering is a process of applying materials, shadows, highlights, etc. that makes a building look real rather than having a box like image. Either way, these capabilities allow the client and users to see what the design is in a 3D demonstration.
